Bedroom Décor {Featuring Anthropologie}

Sorry I’ve been kind of absent with my posts, but I’m back!

Today I’ve put together some cool bedroom decor inspiration. I’ve been going through a phase where I’m totally obsessed with room decor. I’m 99% sure I’ll be moving up to Toronto this summer, which means I’ll have an entirely different bedroom. I’m kind of attached to my current childhood bedroom. I mean, it’s been my room for 20 years now so it makes sense. In light of this, I’m pretty determined that I have to make my new room feel homey, especially if I’m going to be up there for 18 months (which is a possibility). Now I picked a ton of stuff from Anthropologie because I love the style there, but it’s soooo expensive. It’s really quite a shame. I love the vintagey and rustic feel of their store. I really wish I could take these exact items; it’d make for a pretty cute room. I especially love the mix of yellow and purple. I love that colour combination (I think this is only because my blog is yellow and purple so I’ve gotten use to seeing purple and yellow together). I also think purple and green looks really great. What are your favourite colour combinations?

OH! Another thing that I think looks really cool is when one wall in the room has some really crazy wallpaper pattern (chevron, anyone?) and all the other walls are white. I think that pop of wallpaper adds so much interest. Anyone agree?
